eagle scout project

Lumen Christi freshman Aidan Shaughnessy, 14, has been a Boy Scout for almost four years and is currently working on his Eagle Scout project. He organized a team to work on the latches of the classrooms of his middle school alma mater, Jackson Catholic Middle School. "I used to go to this school and I always knew the windows didn't work," he explained. "And it would get pretty hot in here." Volunteers to man the project numbered about twelve that morning, estimated Aidan's father, Phil Shaughnessy, a former Scoutmaster.
